Hi, I'm Marcelle.
Nutrition is connection.
I care deeply about helping people feel at ease with food. My work centers on supporting individuals navigating disordered eating and those seeking a non-diet, sustainable approach to weight and nutrition — guided by the understanding that health is not just about knowledge, but about connection, mental patterns, and lived experience.
I am a Brazilian-trained nutritionist and holistic practitioner, currently completing my pathway to become a Registered Dietitian in the United States, with a Master's degree in Holistic Nutrition.
Trauma-Informed
Sensitivity and awareness to how past experiences shape your relationship with food.
Behavior-Focused
We work on patterns that feel realistic and aligned with your actual life.
Body Awareness
Reconnecting with your body's signals is at the heart of everything we do.
No Rigid Rules
This is about building a life that feels steady and sustainable.
Moving away
from extremes.
My approach to nutrition is trauma-informed, behavior-focused, and rooted in body awareness. Instead of focusing on food rules or rigid plans, I guide you in creating habits that actually fit your lifestyle — toward a more balanced and stable way of eating.
Healing is not linear. My hope is that this is a space where you feel comfortable reaching out when you are ready.
