The story
behind the work.

I believe that healing your relationship with food begins long before any meal plan. It begins with feeling truly heard — and knowing that your experience makes sense.

My Story

Hi, I'm Marcelle.
Nutrition is connection.

I care deeply about helping people feel at ease with food. My work centers on supporting individuals navigating disordered eating and those seeking a non-diet, sustainable approach to weight and nutrition — guided by the understanding that health is not just about knowledge, but about connection, mental patterns, and lived experience.

"There are moments when food stops feeling simple. This is where my work begins — I support you in returning to a more grounded, attuned relationship with your body and with food."

I am a Brazilian-trained nutritionist and holistic practitioner, currently completing my pathway to become a Registered Dietitian in the United States. I hold a Master's degree in Holistic Nutrition and integrate both clinical nutrition and holistic approaches in every aspect of my work.

My bicultural background — rooted in both Brazil and the United States — gives me a unique sensitivity to how culture, identity, and environment shape our relationship with food.

What I Stand For

The principles
that guide
everything I do.

These are not just professional values — they are the convictions I've carried through every clinical setting, every consultation, and every moment of my own growth as a practitioner.

01

Trauma-Informed Care

I approach every client with the awareness that past experiences shape present behavior. Safety, consent, and compassion are non-negotiables.

02

Body Trust Over Body Control

Rather than imposing rules, I help you rebuild the internal signals that were always there — guiding you back to intuitive nourishment.

03

Non-Diet, Anti-Restriction

Diet culture causes real harm. My practice is rooted in the belief that sustainable health cannot be built on guilt or shame.

04

Individualized, Always

No two people are the same. I take time to understand your unique story before we create anything together.

05

Mind–Body Integration

Nutrition science and emotional awareness are woven together, because real healing requires both.

06

Lasting Change, Gently

I am not interested in quick fixes. My intention is to support meaningful transformation — compassionate and achievable at your own pace.

My Journey

A path built on
clinical depth
and lived experience.

From clinical hospitals to therapeutic kitchens in Hawaii, my path has always followed the same thread: curiosity about the human relationship with food.

My Approach

Nutrition is
more than
what you eat.

My approach is trauma-informed, behavior-focused, and rooted in body awareness. I guide you in creating habits that actually fit your lifestyle — not something you have to force.

The goal is to move away from extremes, guilt, and the pressure to constantly start over — toward a more balanced way of eating that feels realistic and aligned with your life.

Trauma-Informed

Every consultation begins with safety and sensitivity. I recognize that the body holds emotional history.

Behavior-Focused

We look at patterns, not just plates. Understanding why you eat the way you do opens the door to genuine change.

Body Awareness

Reconnecting with hunger, fullness, satisfaction — your body's signals — is at the core of everything we build together.

Holistic Integration

Gut health, emotional wellness, stress, sleep, and lifestyle are all part of the picture. We address the whole person.

Sustainable, Not Perfect

Progress is not linear. I hold space for the full human experience — including the hard days and the setbacks.

Working Together

What our work looks like.

01

Free Initial Consultation

We begin with a conversation. No pressure, no judgment — just a space to explore whether working together feels right.

02

Deep Intake & Assessment

I take time to truly understand your history with food, your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

03

Personalized Care Plan

Together, we build a plan shaped by your needs — not a template. Flexible, realistic, and designed to grow with you.

04

Ongoing Support & Adjustment

Regular sessions create space for reflection, recalibration, and continued progress.
